Über die Stelle:
- Sicherstellung von cGMP im Produktionsprozess für in der APU NAPA - Sterilfertigung
- Unterstützung bei Qualifizierungs- / Validierungsaktivitäten
- Koordination und Durchführung aller Arbeiten zur Chargenfreigabe in Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualified Person
- Vor Ort-Betreuung der aseptischen Fertigung in der APU
- Change Control / Deviation-Bearbeitung: Festlegung, Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen sowie Ursachenforschung und Bewertung von Teilfertigwaren-Chargen
- Zuarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Erstellung von jährlichen Product Quality Reviews
- Erstellung von länderspezifischen Zertifikaten
- Unterstützung bei der Dossier-Erstellung und Behörden-Inspektionen
- Überarbeitung prozessrelevanter SOPs
Über Sie:
- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung Diplom/Master Degree in Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften; Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (z.B. Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle, Produktion); Erfahrung in der Etablierung/Aufrechterhaltung der GMP und regulatorischer Compliance
- Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten Kenntnisse in nationalen und internationalen current GMPs (incl. EU, FDA); Kontaktfreudigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsvermögen; Kenntnisse des aktuellen MS-Office Pakets
- Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
