About the job

Our Team:

The Supply Review Lead is a leading function of the Global Supply Planning Team, responsible to ensure adoption and continuous improvement of process standards to
support Supply Review meetings with templates, KPI and data evolutions in
standardized formats and ensures process compliance with internal standards for a given Global Supply Planning GBU Team. The role improves supply chain and process performance by monitoring and establishing suitable KPIs for improvement and collaborates closely with the Center of Excellence to drive system enhancement. The role is leading the supply review cycle for the GBU Supply Planning Team and is fully in charge to deliver the best possible business summary in each cycle.

Main responsibilities:

Responsibilities Monthly Cycle:

  • Track and ensure process standards are applied: Ensure standardized meeting contents,
    used templated, attendees, and sequences in the monthly cycle, and adoption of Kx
    processes as defined by the COE for all sites, clusters of his/her GBU for meetings of
    monthly cycle (e.g., Site Supply Review, Performance review, Cluster Supply Review)
  • Support/Prepare slide decks for key meetings of monthly cycle in collaboration with supply
    planner site, Supply Planner Network and Supply Planning Manager and perform required
    analysis for CSR, M&S GBU GSR, and One Sanofi GSR for sites in scope (all sites of a
    given Global Business). Collaborate closely with Supply Planner Network, Supply Planning
    Manager, Critical Material Lead and Head of Supply Planning GBU on contents to be
    presented. Ensure SR decks beeing ready on time, following up with key stakeholders and ensure consistency between different IBP instances (i.e. MBR and GSR).
  • Working hand in hand, supporting and backing up the Perfornance Review lead on performance reviews.

Further Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvements (e.g. templates) together with SC Performance & SR
    Leads from other GBUs & Cross GBU Coordinator
  • Drive Process Improvement Initiatives/Support System Enhancements: Identify and
    implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within
    the supply chain, collaborate with the Center of Excellence to propose and test system
    enhancements that improve supply chain operations
  • Maintain Compliance and Standards: Ensure all supply chain processes comply with
    internal standards and regulatory requirements

About you

  • Experience: You bring extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within the biopharma industry. You have a proven record of managing performance reviews and driving supply chain improvements at a global level
  • Soft skills: You excel in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate high emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving skills
  • Technical skills: You have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key performance indicators, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies. You are experienced in system enhancement (APS, reporting system) proposals and testing.
  • Education: You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications such as APICS are highly advantageous and reflect your commitment to continuous professional development
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential for this role, given the global nature of the responsibilities. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders and regions.
