Als Automation Engineer binnen ons Automation & Manufacturing Systems team speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van onze productieautomatisering. Je draagt bij aan farmaceutische productie-excellentie en werkt in een dynamisch team dat operationele excellentie nastreeft. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van automatiseringsoplossingen die onze productieprocessen naar een hoger niveau tillen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van automatiseringsoplossingen voor productieprocessen

  • Programmeren en configureren van DCS systemen (Emerson DeltaV) en PLC/SCADA systemen (Siemens)

  • Troubleshooting en optimalisatie van geautomatiseerde productielijnen

  • Ondersteuning bij validatie-activiteiten (IQ/OQ/PQ) in GMP-omgeving

  • Samenwerking met cross-functionele teams (Productie, Kwaliteit, Onderhoud, Engineering)

  • Documentatie volgens farmaceutische industrie standaarden

  • Integratie van automatiseringssystemen met digitale applicaties en continue verbeteringsinitiatieven

  • Ondersteuning bij technology transfers en nieuwe equipment installaties

  • On-call support voor kritieke productiesystemen

Over jou

  • Bachelor of masterdiploma in Automatisering, Elektrotechniek, Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen of gerelateerd vakgebied

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in industriële automatisering, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische/life sciences sector

  • Sterke kennis van DCS systemen en PLC programmering (Emerson DeltaV en Siemens)

  • Ervaring met SCADA/HMI systemen

  • Kennis van industriële netwerken (Profinet, IO-link, Ethernet APL, Profibus, etc.)

  • Kennis van Industry 4.0 technologieën en digitalisering, ervaring met batch control systemen (ISA-88) en projectmanagement ervaring is een grote plus

  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels

  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en analytische vaardigheden

  • Teamspeler met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken

  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan wachtdienstregeling buiten de daguren
