Over de functie:
Binnen de afdeling Engineering & Maintenance is de reliability engineer verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van assets op storingen tijdens operationeel gebruik om hun prestaties en betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren, conform de gerelateerde regelgevingen. De reliability engineer werkt nauw samen met de onderhoudsingenieur, productie, QA en technici en rapporteert aan de Reliability and Support Manager.
Main responsibilities:
De belangrijkste activiteiten van de reliability engineer zijn:
- Optimaliseren van preventieve onderhoudsfrequenties om de tijd tussen opeenvolgende storingen (MTBF) te vergroten
- De effectiviteit van preventief onderhoud beoordelen om reparatiekosten te verlagen
- Opstellen van op risico's gebaseerde onderhoudsplannen
- Kritieke reserveonderdelen en bijbehorende voorraadniveaus definiëren
- Onboarding van activa met focus op standaardisatie
- Analyses van levensduurverlenging en definiëren van relevante acties
- Beheren van LTAP-process
- Ondersteuning van implementatie van AI-gestuurde tools (bijv. predictief onderhoud)
- Ondersteuning van initiatieven voor continue verbetering
- Ondersteuning van root cause-analyses van kwaliteits issues
Over jou:
De Reliability Engineer III bezit bij voorkeur een master (of bachelordiploma met bewezen ervaring) in engineering en heeft een sterke achtergrond in soortgelijke onderhouds- of betrouwbaarheidsfuncties. Uitgebreide kennis van het Engels (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) is essentieel.
Idealiter:
- bent u een teamspeler die energie krijgt van het oplossen van problemen op basis van data en observaties bij de GEMBA
- bent u in staat om zelfstandig te werken om gestelde doelen te bereiken
- staat u open voor problemen en wilt u er graag van leren
- hebt u goede kennis van standaard MS Office-applicaties zoals Word, Excel, Teams en PowerBI
