Over de functie
De planner heeft als belangrijkste taak de voortgang van de productie te waarborgen d.m.v. een optimale materiaalvoorziening. Hiervoor is het van belang om proactief en intensief te communiceren met onze leveranciers en onze interne klanten. Daarbuiten heeft de planner ook de verantwoordelijkheid de voorraad-strategie te volgen. De planner stelt maatregelen voor daar waar aanpassingen t.o.v. de strategie gewenst zijn, overlegt, communiceert en voert de nodige wijzigingen door.
Main responsibilities:
Analyseren van de materiaalvraag/opdracht of noden, nodige acties ondernemen & opvolging verzekeren (verzamelen, analyseren, interpreteren en beschikbaar stellen van gegevens) voornamelijk via ons ERP systeem.
Uitvoeren en bewaken van het voorraadbeheer, bewaken van de opgestelde voorraadstrategie en uitsturen van forecasts.
Deskundige oplossingen aanbieden bij verbeterinitiatieven en mogelijke issues die opduiken.
Proactieve en frequente contacten met leveranciers, goede relaties onderhouden & bijsturing doorvoeren daar waar nodig zowel preventief als correctief.
Dagdagelijkse afstemming met interne klanten en nastreven van win-win situaties.
Evalueert resultaten en trends, bespreekt en geeft de nodige verbeteringen aan op basis van de evaluatie.
Vertegenwoordigt supply chain op diverse meetings, houdt leidinggevende en collega’s op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen en gemaakte afspraken.
Rapporteert aan de APT Manager Planning & MLCM.
Over jou
Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma in een economische of logistieke afstudeerrichting, relevante ervaring (raw material planning en/of productieplanning) in een farmaceutische omgeving en/of APICS certificaat is een pluspunt.
Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Je bent een teamplayer en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je beschikt over een uitstekend analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor details, daarnaast ga je steeds doel – en resultaatgericht te werk.
Je draagt beleefdheid, eerlijkheid en respectvol met elkaar omgaan hoog in het vaandel.
Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van een ERP systeem, bij voorkeur SAP.
