About the Job
Join our Southeast Asia & India Vaccines Team as the Vietnam PMED Medical Manager and be part of a high-performing group dedicated to advancing public health through scientific excellence and medical leadership. This role plays a key part in executing medical strategies and driving data generation to support the Vietnam PMED portfolio. You will collaborate across teams to influence standards of care and lead scientific engagement in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Execute medical and scientific strategies for the Vietnam PMED portfolio in alignment with franchise and cross-functional teams
- Act as a strategic medical partner to the organization with strong business acumen
- Lead integrated evidence planning, including data gaps analysis and stakeholder insights
- Drive medical projects that elevate standards of care and influence clinical practice
- Maintain in-depth expertise in the therapy area and competitive landscape
- Collaborate closely with marketing, market access, health economics, regulatory, and clinical teams
- Build and sustain scientific partnerships with external experts and above-country colleagues
- Lead the creation of impactful medical content, leveraging digital and omnichannel tools
- Champion the patient voice in all strategies and engagements
- Coach and mentor team members to support medical excellence across the organization
About You
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) preferred; PhD or PharmD also considered
- Industry and/or clinical experience essential, ideally with vaccines exposure
- Strong understanding of clinical development, RWE, and data generation processes
- Able to navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and scientific engagement skills
- Proficiency in omnichannel tools and adapting communication to HCP preferences
- Experience in sharing HCP insights compliantly to shape cross-functional strategies
