Sanofi has currently the best and most robust pipeline of R&D and consequent new launches of our history. As new phase of Play-To-Win strategy, funding this pipeline and new launches is key to materialize the miracles of the science to improve people lives. Thus, as we enter the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level. 

The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making. 

As a Senior Analyst – Customer Facing Effectiveness within our Global Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team, you will support multiple products within the ZAIDYN portfolio. You will be responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting existing solutions to enable ongoing business operations and recurring market requirements. 

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and backend engineers to deliver product enhancements, resolve production issues, support system integrations, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. 

Product Enhancement & Operation Ownership

• Support day-to-day product operations by troubleshooting product-related issues, resolving defects, and responding to operational queries. 

• Implement and validate cycle-over-cycle product enhancements and configuration changes. 

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for the engineering team. 

• Support backlog refinement by documenting enhancement requests, defects, and business priorities. 

• Maintain product configurations, business rules, and technical documentation. 

• Track issues through Jira and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with engineering and business teams. 

• Participate in testing activities, including functional, regression, and UAT support for product releases. 

Integration & Technical Delivery

• Support integrations between ZAIDYN products and upstream systems such as Workday, Salesforce alignment tools, and HR data sources. 

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, integration failures, and production issues. 

• Perform data validation and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. 

• Collaborate with backend teams during product upgrades and production deployments. 

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, automate manual activities, and enhance operational efficiency. 

• Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Support the adoption of standard operating procedures and best practices across the team. 

About you  

• 3–4 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably within the ZAIDYN product suite (ZICO, ZDL, ZFIR, Awards, etc.). 

• Strong understanding of incentive compensation, sales operations, or commercial processes, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. 

• Hands-on experience with SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures, along with experience configuring ZICO custom plans and ZFIR reports. 

• Good understanding of system integrations, data feeds, APIs, and enterprise application support. (Python, VBA, BI - good to have)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across technical and business teams using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
