About the job

Warehouse team plays a vital role in maintaining the warehouse in an appropriate condition according to HSE and GMP requirements, developing the warehouse environment, process of materials and final products.

Main Accountabilities

• Following up Toll out activities (stocks, F. Gs reception and storage).
• Decrease losses.
• Ensure adherence to HSE rules and standards
• Follow all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law.
• Following Up the WH operators’ overtime and temporary operators’ salary
• Following up all duties concerning receiving and organizing all the toll-out manufactured finished goods.
• Responsible for Clark driving to get and organize products.
• Responsible for all the duties related to the preparation of all the manufacturing requests.
• Responsible for following up all the documents related to Egyptian National security 
• Following Up the WH operators’ overtime and temporary operators’ salary

About you

Education: Bachelor’s degree or High Diploma. 

Experience & knowledge:  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.

Basic Technical and soft skills

• Driving Clark and lifter
• Reading and writing
• Basic HSE and safety driving knowledge
• Good knowledge of company’s departments.
• Good knowledge of warehouse’s system and procedure.
• Highly motivated, broad minded

Technical skills

• Stretch to go beyond the level we have operated at up until now.
• Take actions instead of waiting to be told what to do.
• Act in the interest of our patients and customers.
• Put the interests of the organization ahead of my own or those of our team.

• Good command of English and Arabic languages.
