• Manage the documentation of health and safety management system (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001)

• Çalışanlar ve taşeronlara İSG konusunda eğitim vermek.

• Provide HSE trainings to employees and contractors.

• İç ve dış denetimlere katılmak.

• Participate in internal and external audits

• İş sağlığı, güvenliği ve çevre mevzuatlarını takip etmek ve kuruluşta uyarlamak.

• Follow up health, safety and environment legislations and implement at the site accordingly.

• İş kazası ve olay incelemelerini yapmak. Kök nedenleri belirlemek.

• Investigate accidents and incidents. Perform root cause analysis.

• Risk değerlendirmesi yapmak.

• Perform risk assessments at the site.

• İş kazalarını ve mesleki hastalıkları önlemek için eylem planları hazırlamak ve izlemek.

• Prepare and follow up action plans  to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.

• MSDS incelemeleri yapmak ve çalışanlara eğitim vermek.

• Analyse MSDS of chemicals and inform employees accordingly

• Fabrikada iş sağlığı ve güvenliği aktivitelerini takip etmek.

• Follow up health and safety activities at the site.

• Kuruluş çalışanları ve taşeron çalışanları için Kişisel Koruyucu Malzemeleri temin etmek.

• Provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the contractors and employees.

• Fabrikada İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği (İSG) Kritik Ekipmanların  kontrol edilmesini sağlamak (yangınla mücadele sistemleri, acil çıkışlar, makine emniyetleri, proses güvenliği ekipmanları vs.).

• Ensure control of  Key Safety Elements at the site (fire fighting equipments and systems, emergency exits, machine guarding and interlocks, process safety equipments etc.)

• İSİGÇ ile ilgili yeni projeleri desteklemek ve değerlendirmek.

• Support and evaluate  the new projects regarding HSE.

• Çalışanların bilinç düzeyini arttırmaya yönelik eğitim programları  düzenlemek.

• Provide regular training for staff to improve their competency.

• ISO 50001 Enerji Takımı Üyesidir.

• S/he is a ISO 50001 Energy Team Member

• Sanofi Sürdürülebilirlik Programının devamlılığını sağlamak

• Manage the Sanofi Sustainability Program

• Aylık ve çeyrek bazlı raporları hazırlamak.

Preparing the monthly and quarterly reports

• Üniversitelerin Mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun olmak. Graduate from Engineering Departments

• İSİGÇ konularında minimum iki yıl iş deneyimi bulunmak

• Minimum two years experience on HSE

• İSİGÇ Mevzuatını iyi derecede biliyor olmak.

• Expert on environmental, health and safety legislation.

• ISO 14001 ve ISO 45001, ISO 50001 Yönetim Sistemleri konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak.

• Familiar with ISO 14000 and ISO 45001, ISO 50001

• cGMP hakkında bigi ve tecrübe sahibi olmak.

• Knowledge and experience in the current GMP (cGMP)

• İlaç üretim süreçleri hakkında bilgi ve tecrübe sahibi olmak

• Knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical production proccesses

• MS Office ve SAP programlarını kullanabiliyor olmak.

• Able to use MS Office and SAP programs.

• Yabancı Dil: İngilizce – İleri seviyede

• Foreign Language: English – Advanced level
