ITS Network Expert

About the job

The ITS team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth business and ITS operations and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and partners. We're a collaborative team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting our companies’ mission.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing network switches, routers, backbones, Vlans, WLAN(Aruba Wlan controller and APs) infrastructures
• Managing Firewalls for Internal security and being familiar to interVLAN security
• Being a familiar to internet security
• Knowledge of AAA Radius Tacacs configuration on Cisco Devices
• Expert in TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN and network Security
• Improving performance, latency and redundancy of the network
• Planning and implementing changes on the network infrastructure
• Planning and working on the network strategy with management
• Assisting with the documentation of critical and routine technical procedures
• Assisting infrastructure projects, GxP change processes, documentation processes and SOP regulations
• Planning and execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios
• Tracking network assets such as licenses, warranties, and maintenance contracts
• Providing technical support for audit and internal control processes
• Analyze network requirements during the commissioning of new systems and applications, prepare solution architecture, and work with vendors or global teams
• Following up KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high productivity
• Alarm and alert management for Network (integration with monitoring tools)

About you

Experience:

• Significant experience in industrial ITS within an international environment
• Minimum 4 years of experience

Soft skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Technical skills:

• Expertise on Aruba Wlan Infrastructure
• Expertise on Cisco L2/L3 Devices
• Expertise on Network security and corporate Firewall Management

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field

Languages:

• Fluency in Turkish and advanced English skills
