KİLİT SORUMLULUKLAR / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

(Bu bölümde temel sorumluluk alanlarını Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak maddeler halinde yazınız/ Specify key responsibilities in Turkish and English)

Mekanik Bakım:

• Mekanik arıza bakımları yönetmek.

• Periyodik bakımları ve Önleyici bakımları RCM ve RBM risk analizi yöntemine göre oluşturma ve  yönetmek.

• SAP Athena PM modülünü takip etmek.

• Ambalaj hatlarında takip edilen OEE’ye arızi duruş parametresinin etkisi takip edilip raporlanır.

• Fabrika üretim hatlarında TPM sorumlusu olarak otonom bakım faaliyetlerini yönetmek.

• Verileri toplayıp analiz etmek, rapor hazırlamak ve VDM yaklaşımıyla sorunlu alanlarda iyileştirme çalışmaları önermek ve uygulamak.

• Üretim hatlarının MTTR ve MTBF değerlerini hesaplamak, tutmak ve değerlendirmeleri ile beraber yönetime raporlamak.

• Hatları oluşturan ekipmanların reliability değerleri ile beraber toplam hat reliability değerini hesaplamak.

• Fabrika bakım personelini yönetmek, gelişimleri için eğitimler organize etmek.

• Direkt bağlı çalışanların gelişimlerinin takibini yapabilmek amacıyla skill matrix panosunu hazırlamak.

• İşleri günlük olarak +QDCI panosundan takip etmek ve iş dağılımını panodan yönetmek

Mechanical Maintenance:

• Manages breakdown maintenance

• Preparing and managing periodical and  preventive maintenance directions according to RCM ve RBM risk analysis methodology

• Follows up SAP Athena Plant Maintenance module

• Monitoring Breakdowns on packaging lines by considering the effect of %BD ratio to OEE.

• Manage autonomous maintenance activities at production lines as Factory TPM leader.

• Analysing data, preparing reports and offer and apply new implementations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance related problems with VDM approach.

• Calculating production lines  MTTR ve MTBF values , monitoring and reporting with analysis results.

• Calculating reliability of production lines using equipments reliability values.

• Supervises plant maintenance personnel, organizing training for technician’s skills.

• Preparing skill matrix for employees who directly reports for following their individual development plan.

• Following jobs daily by using +QDCI panel.

Atölye Çalışmaları:

• Mekanik Bakım atölyesini ve yedek parça depoyu yönetmek.

• Talaşlı İmalat  atölyesini yönetmek. (Torna, freze vs.)

• Dışarı yaptırılan işleri yönetmek.

• Workshop Activities

  Manages mechanical maintenance workshop and spare parts warehouses.

  Manages machining workshop (Lathe, Router etc.)

  Manages workshop activities which are outsourced

Yedek parça deposu:  

• Stokta bulunan yedek parçaları ve miktarlarını RCB & RBM çalışmalarına göre oluşturmak

  Yedek parçaların minimum, maksimum ve kritik stok seviyelerini ve ekonomik sipariş adetlerini belirlemek.

  Yedek parça temin sürecini takip etmek.

  Yedek parça stoklarını sınıflandırmak.

  Yedek parçaları uygun biçimde depolamak.

  Ulusal ve uluslararası pazarda alternatif makina, malzeme ve yedek parça tedarikçisi araştırmak.

Spare Parts Warehouse  

• Determining spare parts and their amounts acc.to RCM and RBM methodology

  Calculates minimum, maximum and critical stock levels and economical order levels of the spare parts.

  Follows up the spare part supplying process.

  Makes classification of spare parts stock.

  Keeps the spare parts in stock.

  Searches the most economical cost of spare part sources alternative to machine/system suppliers in local or international market.

İSG ve Çevre Yönetimi Sistemleri

• GMP/ISO-9000/ISO-14001 kalite ve çevre standartlarının oluşması, geliştirilmesi ve kendi bölümünde uygulanmasından sorumludur.

  Görev ve sorumluluğu ile ilgili tüm yasa, tüzük, yönetmelik ve zorunlu standartlara uyar  ve bunları uygulatır.

  Çevre etkilerini belirleyip güncel olarak kayıtlarını tutar.

  Amaç ve hedefleri belirleyip eylem planları ve çevre programları hazırlamak ve uygular.

  Çevre kirliliğinin ve atıkların kaynağında azaltılmasında aktif olarak görev alır ve öneriler üretir.   

  Kendi faaliyetleri ile ilgili İş Sağlığı Güvenliği ve Çevre standartlarına ve çalışma prosedürlerine riayet eder. Çalıştığı alandaki güvenli olmayan şartları veya davranışları saptamak ve düzeltmek ve de diğer potansiyel olarak tehlikeli durumları anında bildirmek için yetkilendirilmiştir. İş Sağlığı Güvenliği ve Çevre ile ilgili olumsuz koşulların oluşması nedeni ile kendisini veya diğer çalışanları tehdit eden bir durum oluştuğunda işi durdurma yetkisine sahiptir ve durumu yöneticisine bildirmekle sorumludur.   

Health & Safety at Work and the Environmental & Safety Management System

• To adhere to the principles communicated within the ESMS Policy of Sanofi, a .s. as detailed in the internal rules of the Company for the purpose of observing the rules of the Health & Safety at Work and the Environmental & Safety Management System.                                                                                                    

  In addition, managerial positions require:

  To create, manage and evaluate the risk register and environmental aspects.

  To inform and train employees and verify their knowledge.

  Must obey Health Safety Environment (HSE)standards and work procedures  in his/her activities. Authorized to detect and correct unsafe acts and situations in his/her work place and also authorized to  immediately  report any other potential hazardous situations.  Authorized to stop working whenever a situation threating his/her own  or colleagues’ health  and safety and must immediately report this situation to his/her manager.

• Kendi faaliyetleri ile ilgili İş Sağlığı Güvenliği ve Çevre standartlarına ve çalışma prosedürlerine riayet eder. Çalıştığı alandaki güvenli olmayan şartları veya davranışları saptamak ve düzeltmek ve de diğer potansiyel olarak tehlikeli durumları anında bildirmek için yetkilendirilmiştir. İş Sağlığı Güvenliği ve Çevre ile ilgili olumsuz koşulların oluşması nedeni ile kendisini veya diğer çalışanları tehdit eden bir durum oluştuğunda işi durdurma yetkisine sahiptir ve durumu yöneticisine bildirmekle sorumludur.

  There’s a specific duty to self-assess risk for the domain of responsibility and highlight risks

               to the direct manager in a timely manner. (Valid for top and middle management positions.)

ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetimi sistemi / ISO 9001 Quality Management System;

• Kendi faaliyetleri ile ilgili Kalite Yönetimi sistemi standartlarına ve çalışma prosedürlerine riayet etmekten ve sistemin geliştirilmesine katkı sağlamaktan  sorumludur. ISO9001 kapsamında, bölüme ait süreçlerle ilgili risklerin/ fırsatların süreç sahiplerine iletilmesinden sorumludur.

  Responsible to comply standards and operating procedures regarding Quality Management System in his/her activities and to contribute to the development of the system.  In the scope of ISO9001,he/she is responsible for informing process owners about risks/opportunities of  the department processes.

ISO 27001 Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetimi sistemi / ISO 27001 Information Security Management System:

• Kendi faaliyetleri ile ilgili Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetimi sistemi standartlarına ve çalışma prosedürlerine riayet etmekten ve sistemin geliştirilmesine katkı sağlamaktan sorumludur. Bilgi Güvenliğini tehdit eden riskleri ve davranışları ve diğer potansiyel olarak tehlikeli durumları değerlendirilmesi için BGYS sorumlusuna bildirmekten sorumludur.

  Bölümü ile ilgili risk analizini yapmaktan, BGYS sorumlularına iletmekten ve düzenli olarak gözden geçirip güncelliğinin sağlanmasından sorumludur.

  Responsible for preparing the risk analysis regarding his/her department, to inform the ISMS responsible and ensuring the reviewing and updating regularly.

  Bölümü ile ilgili varlık envanterini hazırlamak, BGYS sorumlusununa iletmek ve düzenli olarak gözden geçirip güncelliğinin sağlanmasından sorumludur.

  Responsible for preparing the asset inventory regarding his/her department, to inform the ISMS responsible and ensuring the reviewing and updating regularly.

Eğitim ve Deneyim / Education & Experience

Üniversitenin Makina Mühendisliği bölümü

Minimum 5 yıl mekanik bakım tecrübesi.

University education in Mechanical Engineering.                                                                                                                                                            Min. five years experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
