About the job
As the VaccinesMarketing Graduate, your role will be to primarily support the PMED franchise (pneumo, meninge and endemic vaccines) in the implementation of the GTM Strategy. In addition, provide ad hoc support to other projects throughout the year.

Main responsibilities:
Support the execution of the PMED 2026 brand strategy & key tactics including EDMs, RTES and the development of a social media campaign.
In Promomats, ensure promotional materials will be developed in line with the product strategy & budget and will be in accordance with the Medicines Australian Code of Conduct and Sanofi’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Support for business presentations as required by the business.
On a monthly basis, identify data sets, coordinate their extraction, analyse and report as appropriate.
Coordinate internally, manage and attend travel domestic conferences as appropriate.
Is the secretary for monthly brand team meetings: prepare agenda, coordinate presentations, take notes, circulate minutes.

NB: Our office is moving to Barangaroo early 2026.
We’re looking for Graduates who:
Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Marketing, Business, Commerce, Science or Pharmacy, from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2025. Or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (since December 2023).
About you
Previous sales, marketing or commercial role experience.
Curious, engaged and willing to exceed expectations.
Organised & systematic with a high attention to detail.
Ability to organise and manage suppliers/agencies/third parties as required.
Graduates that have experience or knowledge within vaccines and immunisation will be highly regarded
To be eligible for this role, you will need to be located in (or planning to relocate to) Sydney by January 2026.
You must have completed an undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2025, or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (no earlier than December 2023).
