Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Optimize the production process, improve the equipment and system, consistently supply high quality production for commercial operation preparation.

优化生产工艺，改进设备和系统，保证始终如一地生产出合格产品，为正式商业运作的准备。

• Sustainably improve OEE and yield of assembling, packaging equipment and ensure the stable supply to the market.

持续提高组装、包装设备的OEE和收率，保证市场稳定供应。

• Management of the production environment, process, hygiene, facilities to make sure all production activities comply with drug master file, SOPs and GMP requirements.

生产环境、工艺、卫生、设施等的管理，确保生产活动符合工艺规程、SOP和GMP要求。

• To review the batch packaging records and pass to Quality in time.

审核批包装记录，及时送交质量部门。

• To implement the equipment qualification, process validation and test according to the master plan.

按照计划完成区域内的设备的确认，工艺验证和测试。

• To execute and follow the required initial and continuous trainings of production operators.

对生产相关人员进行必要的上岗前培训和继续培训，并根据实际需要调整培训内容。

• Organize daily production meeting, coordinate all shifts and keep closely communication with planning, QA, maintenance and warehouse etc, to implement production plan strictly and ensure right Plant Service Level and Bias. 

组织日常生产协调会，协调各生产班组的活动及与质量、计划、维修、仓库间的沟通，严格执行生产计划，确保生产计划完成率及生产计划符合性。

• Develop necessary production files, e.g.  SOPs production instruction, batch record and etc, and ensure the implementation and improvement.

组织制定相关的生产文件，如岗位操作规程，生产工艺规程和批记录，并确保执行及持继改进。

• Implement SMS standards and continuously improve in 5S/HSE aspects and waste minimization.

贯彻落实赛诺菲制造系统标准，在HSE、精益生产等方面持续改进。

• Other tasks temporarily assigned by department manager.

按时完成上级临时交办的或部门间合作的其他工作任务。

• Coordinate/join/support variant level projects of Beijing site.

协调/参加/支持工厂不同级别的项目

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: Require 3-5 years’ Manufacturing/Packaging management experience in pharmaceutical or closely related industry.

3~5年药厂或相关行业生产或包装线管理经验

• Soft skill: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good experience and understanding of leadership and management.

通用技能: 良好的沟通能力，卓越的的领导和管理能力

• Technical skill: Knowledge of GMP is required.  Good experience of drug manufacturing & packaging is preferred.

专业技能: 熟悉GMP，丰富的生产及包装管理经验.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Engineering or related major.

教育背景: 制药化学，工程或相关专业本科以上学历

• Languages: Good command of English both spoken and written.

语言要求:良好的英语听说、写作能力
