Our Vaccines commercial team in Prague sits at the heart of Sanofi's mission to protect public health. We work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data analytics, supporting the Vaccines business unit with insights and operational excellence that drive real impact. Ours is a cross-functional environment where collaboration is key — we partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and beyond to ensure data-driven decision making shapes every step of our commercial operations. Whether it's developing dashboards, streamlining processes, or supporting governance, everything we do contributes to improving healthcare outcomes for patients across the region.

Main Responsibilities

• Support Sales Force projects, including KPI implementation and sales dashboard development

• Analyze commercial and marketing performance using internal and external data, prepare regular KPI reports, and identify opportunities for business improvement

• Manage the order administration process, monitor order status, and prepare regular reports

• Prepare and present analytical and data-driven materials for management and internal teams

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other internal departments to ensure effective cross-functional coordination and project execution

• Coordinate training activities for sales teams focused on effective use of data, reporting, and analytical tools

• Drive the improvement and digitization of the end-to-end process from order to delivery for vaccines with key stakeholders

• Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of Sanofi Vaccines governance processes

About you

Education:

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, IT & Analytics, or a related field

Technical skills:

• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to work with external datasets for reporting and business analysis

Soft skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proactive, self-motivated, and communicative personality with strong analytical thinking

Languages:

• Full proficiency in Czech or Slovak language and in English is a must
