Misión General
Realizar el pesaje de materias primas y la preparación de lotes para fabricación, asegurando la precisión de las operaciones de pesada, el cumplimiento de los procedimientos GMP y los estándares de seguridad e higiene industrial establecidos por Sanofi.
Descripción de la Misión / Funciones Principales
Ejecutar pesadas de materias primas mediante el sistema MARS (modos: neta, mismo contenedor, bruta y bruta en serie), con lectura de código de barras o entrada manual.
Verificar periódicamente el correcto funcionamiento de las balanzas de las cabinas antes de iniciar operaciones.
Consultar el estado de las órdenes de fabricación y lanzar/deslancar órdenes según el plan de producción.
Registrar las verificaciones de limpieza antes de iniciar la pesada de cada fórmula y de cada materia prima.
Editar y gestionar etiquetas de pesadas, informes de pesada e informes de reconciliación.
Realizar operaciones de pesada en el parque de inflamables para preparación de lotes de disolventes.
Operar equipos de manutención: carretillas automotoras y traspaletas manuales y/o eléctricas para el movimiento de materiales.
Ejecutar tareas de limpieza de equipos e instalaciones conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad (HSE) y uso de equipos de protección personal (EPI).
Nivel de Educación Requerido
Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior en áreas como Química, Farmacia, Industrias de Proceso o afines.
Se valorará formación complementaria en BPF/GMP (Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación).
Experiencia Necesaria
Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en entornos de fabricación farmacéutica, química o industria regulada.
Experiencia previa en operaciones de pesada y manejo de sistemas de gestión de producción (ERP/MES). No excluyente
Deseable experiencia en el manejo de carretillas elevadoras y traspaletas (carnet de carretillero valorado).
Conocimiento de entornos GMP/BPF y procedimientos de trabajo en salas limpias.
