About the job
· Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet demand and industrial targets.
· Ensure capacity & materials availability, acting as the interface between planning and execution (Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling).
· Contribute to S&OP/Supply Review and lead key monthly Demand / Supply cycle reviews
JOB RESPONSABILITIES
· Manage MPS and capacity parameters at manufacturing step level (Manufacturing / Packaging).
· Secure accurate master data: master recipe, BOM, calendars, capacity, OEE.
· Prepare and maintain a feasible production plan in the IBP horizon; hand over to the site scheduler in S&OE.
· Lead monthly Capability Review: validate planning assumptions, constraints, maintenance, shift openings, launch priorities.
· Provide inputs & decks for Site Supply Review (inventory, heatmaps, performance, scenarios valorized with BOI/added value).
· Coordinate smooth transition into S&OE with Scheduling; alert Material Planner on gaps at firm/frozen interface.
· Run ad-hoc “what-if” scenarios to support site decision-making and unexpected events (quality, equipment breakdown, QC lead times, supplier shortages).
· Support Budget and Strategic Plan (LRP): volumes, capacity hypotheses and translation into activity budget with Finance.
· Monitor & improve KPIs: service level, MPS adherence, inventory (policy adherence, shelf-life, slow movers), product cycle time.
· Collaborate with Schedulers & Material Planning for forecasts and mitigations on critical materials.
· Collaborate on the Site Inventory Review.

· Internal: Customer Service, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Material Planning, Master Data.
· External: Sanofi External Manufacturing, 3rd party customers.
About you
QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOW-HOW
· Proven background in Supply Chain Planning (preferably pharma), stakeholder alignment and decision-driving.
· Skills: strong analytics, synthetic thinking, proactivity, change management, cross-functional influence.
· Tools: ERP (SAP), MS Office.
· Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar; APICS certification is an asset.
· Languages: Fluent English and fluent Spanish.
Note for candidates: The Riells site, currently owned by Sanofi, is part of this transactional agreement and is planned to be transferred to Adamed. Candidates hired during this period will initially join with a Sanofi employment contract and will then be transferred to Adamed once the transaction is completed.
