Propósito del puesto: Ejecutar los trabajos técnicos existentes en el Site para asegurar la distribución óptima de los recursos. Garantizar que todas las operaciones cumplan con los estándares definidos de calidad, costes y plazos. Mantener una comunicación excelente con el Responsable de Proceso de Mantenimiento para establecer las prioridades necesarias de Producción.

Gestión de Mantenimiento y Recursos
Gestionar con producción y ejecución las incidencias y/o trabajos que requieran una priorización de los recursos humanos de mantenimiento y desarrollar su resolución de principio a fin.
Apoyar de principio a fin en la gestión (diagnóstico y resolución) de las incidencias técnicas que afecten a los equipos de producción.
Asegurar la correcta ejecución en plazo y coste del masterplan de mantenimiento preventivo, gestionando los recursos, recambios y/o materiales y herramienientas especiales.
Coordinar con producción las posibles discrepancias en la planificación del plan de mantenimiento preventivo.
Gestionar el aprovisionamiento de los materiales y recambios necesarios en los equipos de producción, revisando los stocks mínimos de dichas piezas en el almacén de recambios y gestionando la compra si fuera necesario.
Gestionar los recursos económicos del departamento de mantenimiento.
Proponer y controlar ciertos stocks mínimos del almacén de recambios.
Gestionar los recursos necesarios para las validaciones, cualificaciones y proyectos.
Formación y Desarrollo Técnico
Gestionar junto con métodos los trabajos que permitan aumentar el nivel de conocimientos de los técnicos de mantenimiento y transmitir las necesidades que se generen.
Asegurar el correcto estado de la formación de los técnicos de mantenimiento a nivel de conocimientos técnicos (skill matrix).
Colaborar con la parte métodos en la correcta actualización de los preventivos para todas las unidades de producción.
Proponer mejoras a nivel de standarización de tareas y recambios dentro del departamento de mantenimiento – ingeniería.
Seguridad, Calidad y Cumplimiento Normativo
Asegurar que los técnicos de mantenimiento dispongan de los elementos de seguridad necesarios para operar en todas las secciones del site (formaciones, fichas evaluaciones de riesgo, epi's, etc).
Dar apoyo a los proveedores externos en caso de ser necesarios asegurando que cumplen con los standards dentro del site (QA, HSE, etc).
Ejecutar, junto con la colaboración de métodos, las tareas que resulten de CAPA's y desviaciones de QA.
Debe velar por la calidad de los productos de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía y la legislación vigente dentro del área de su responsabilidad.
Asegurar la ejecución de las acciones técnicas derivadas de los comunicados de riesgo.
Debe velar por la seguridad y el respeto al medioambiente de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía y la legislación vigente dentro del área de su responsabilidad.
Participar en el cumplimiento del programa del site en materia de HSE.
Debe cumplir y velar por la seguridad propia y la de las personas que trabajan en su entorno.
En caso de detectar un riesgo debe comunicarlo.
Gestión del Rendimiento y Liderazgo
Ejecutar las acciones Lean y de gestión de la Performance de acuerdo con los objetivos del site.
Favorecer las relaciones humanas y la comunicación e impulsar un clima propicio para una buena consecución de los resultados de los equipos.
Desarrollar las propuestas para implementar las buenas prácticas a nivel de Site.
Participar activamente en los estudios comparativos de compañía y coordinar ad-hoc estudios llevados a cabo en el Site.
Acerca de ti
Experiencia: experiencia en gestión de personal y en entorno farmacéutico de proceso en continuo.
Competencias sociales y habilidades técnicas: Buen comunicador, con dotes de mando muy potentes y con gran habilidad para discernir entre temas importantes críticos de proceso y los no importantes
Formación: Ingenieria técnica y/o grado en ingeniería. Debe poseer experiencia en electricidad a nivel de automatismos, electrónica, neumática, ofimática avanzada y a poder ser en PLC’s.
Idiomas: Inglés nivel conversación y escrito medio-alto (mínimo B2)
