• 负责零售渠道业务分析，包括生意机会探知和关键业务问题解析，产出洞察：

  • 零售生意各环节的定期回顾，跟踪，趋势预测

  • 关键业务问题分析和洞察

  • 专项项目分析

  • 渠道生意发展趋势

• 生意预估和计划

  • 月度生意趋势预估

  • 基于业务洞察和策略，制定渠道和客户生意目标

  • 联动跨部门团队（财务/供应链/CE等）做好业务分析和诊断

• 基于生意预估及当前业务评估的零售端供应管理：

  • 结合零售品牌经理的品牌洞察和策略规划，对接BU和供应链团队，做好零售月度各品牌的产品供应计划和风险管理

  • 协同内部供应链，商务及零售销售团队，做好零售端产品的按计划供应执行，对风险有及时预测，管理和调配能力

• 负责相关业务项目的立项，推进和管理

• 协助业务关键流程，规则和管理框架的设定,协助零售数据能力的搭建

任职要求

学历背景：本科或以上学历，医药相关专业优先

专业背景：

• 3年左右大型制药企业（OTC或处方药）或快速消费品行业零售相关经验，5年以上的零售客户管理经验

• 3年左右项目管理、数据洞察等相关经验
