Quality Assurance Operational Associate- VIE Contract

  • Location:Singapore, Singapore
  • Target start date: 01/01/2027

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Quality Assurance Operational Associate VIE within our Quality Assurance operations team, you will be supporting Quality Operations, Regulatory, and Contamination Control.

Main responsibilities:

Quality Operations

  • Ensuring that activities in his/her scope are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
  • Conducting regular audits of production processes to identify and address potential quality issues.
  • Collaborating closely with production to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle; highly recommended to be located on the shopfloor.
  • Managing and resolving quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Leading root cause analysis investigations for quality incidents and implementing preventive measures.
  • Participating in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections providing support and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential quality issues.
  • Fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.

Regulatory

  • Assist with the authoring of variations, the CTD sections impacted by the changes, and the renewals of the site products registrations, in compliance with all applicable regulations and company processes.
  • Maintaining and updating regulatory files and databases.
  • Ensuring compliance of the site products with all relevant product registrations, laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines in the markets where the site operates.

Contamination Control

  • Conducting risk assessments related to contamination control.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
  • Ensuring presence on the shop floor to oversee practices, identify gaps vs SOP for contamination control.
  • Compiling and reviewing data from contamination control monitoring to propose improvements as necessary (from monitoring and trends).
  • Supporting the preparation of validation protocol and supporting projects related to her/his area of expertise.

About you

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, or microbiological or contamination control within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment will be preferred.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Ability to meticulously review and analyze documentation, processes, and products to ensure compliance with Sanofi GOP / Quality standards.
  • Communication skills to communicate with a large number of functions (from shopfloor to management) and to present complex subjects.
  • Ability to organize and lead routine investigations with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field.

Languages:

  • Advanced English knowledge.
