This will be a 3rd shift position.

This is a 57 Filling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performs production activities according to business needs, volume fluctuations, and established procedures, maintaining flexibility to support changing operational demands.

  • Collaborates with Senior Technicians, Leads, and Managers to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production goals.

  • Attends daily shift changes and prepares assigned areas for continuous, efficient operation.

  • Completes real-time SAP transactions and manages inventory accurately, maintaining required system access (SAP, RT Reports, Gibraltar, HMI, SCADA, Virtual Standards, etc.).

  • Reports production issues, observations, and process concerns promptly to leadership.

  • Maintains an aseptic work environment and understands the science and technology behind aseptic processing steps.

  • Trains and works across multiple Filling Department areas (e.g., Material Movement, Vial Wash, Line 6 Filler) as a nonexempt employee; bi-weekly pay is based on experience and education.

Other responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

Safety

  • Follows all safety procedures and participates in monthly safety meetings and walkthroughs.

  • Reports all safety issues, incidents, and near misses; provides input on corrective and preventative actions.

  • Qualified or willing to train in Grade A gowning and ensures procedures support a safe, compliant environment.

Quality

  • Ensures compliance with FDA and cGMP procedures, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

  • Identifies and reports deviations, supporting investigations and root cause analysis.

  • Collaborates with Quality to maintain standards and prevent negative procedural trends.

Delivery

  • Performs production tasks per business needs, ensuring flexibility and adherence to cGMP requirements.

  • Prepares work areas and materials for continuous operations and successful shift transitions.

  • Completes accurate real-time SAP transactions to maintain inventory and production integrity.

Cost

  • Executes procedures accurately to avoid deviations and minimize waste.

  • Uses materials efficiently and follows filling standards to record real-time data.

  • Communicates improvement ideas and solutions to enhance process efficiency.

Involvement

  • Maintains compliance with cGMP documentation and training requirements.

  • Demonstrates strong understanding of cGMPs and supports team knowledge sharing.

  • Arrives on time and actively participates in shift changes and team meetings.

About You

Requirements

Education/experience

  • Requires strong mechanical aptitude, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and manual dexterity, along with solid comprehension, retention, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Prior or related cGMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is recommended.

  • High School diploma with 1+ year of cGMP or pharmaceutical experience or

  • Associate degree with 1+ year of cGMP or pharmaceutical experience or

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ months of cGMP or pharmaceutical experience

  • Experience with Vial Wash and Line 6 Filler operations is preferred.

  • Familiarity and/or access to systems such as SAP, TrackWise, Master, EMS, PMS, SCADA, RT Reports, and LabWare is highly preferred.
