Project Management Office Associate - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Join our Global Clinical Department as Project Management Office Associate VIE and you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing project management processes and communication within Vaccine Clinical Documentation (VCD) organization.

Main responsibilities:
Operational Support to VCD Platforms:
- Provide operational support to VCD platform and VCD Global Head as necessary.
- Facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes coming from those organizational changes.
- Ensure technology surveillance for all VCD platforms staying updated on industry trends and advancements and ensure medical writing compliance through surveillance of industry standards and legislation.
Define VCD Communication Strategy:
- Define and deliver communication strategies to clinical stakeholders to simplify the writing of medical writing deliverables in order to facilitate the usage of AI and to enhance VCD visibility.
- Evaluate the impact of this communication and adapt strategies as necessary.
Facilitate the implementation of AI within VCD and also Global Clinical Department (GCD):
- Provide help and training on how to use AI for presentations (e.g. slides presentation for Townhall, etc).
Carbon Footprint Reduction for Clinical Trials:
- Participate to the group in charge of development and implement strategies to minimize the carbon footprint of clinical trials.
- Provide assistance with data collection, data mapping, and calculations to generate an annual emissions report.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and define and deploy the communication strategy.
About you
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in transverse project management.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Good understanding of the clinical department.
- Familiar with AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills.
- Creative and able to work in teams.
- Strong interest in planet care.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Communication, Project Management or similar field.
Languages:
- Good level of English (verbal and oral).
