Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense processing, and purchase orders for the medical team

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and provide logistical support for global visitors and leadership meetings

• Handle confidential information with discretion and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Support data administration and project coordination using internal systems and digital tools

• Assist with medical events, studies, and the generation of medical materials as you develop in the role

• Contribute to team efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows

About you

• Learning agility: High adaptability and eagerness to grow through hands-on experience in a medical function

• Languages: Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

• Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Technical skills: Comfortable learning and working with digital tools and internal systems

• Experience: Prior experience in administrative support, coordination, or a related field is a plus but not required
