Al integrarte a nuestro equipo serás responsable de gestionar los proyectos específicos de Calidad, así como todas las iniciativas asociadas a excelencia operacional y de mejora continua del área
Descripción Específica: (Principales Responsabilidades)
- Dirigir los proyectos especiales de Calidad
- Fungir como función de aseguramiento de calidad dentro de los proyectos locales o globales (Capex o Opex)
- Liderar el programa de performance del área
- Direccionar a los lideres de mejora continua del área de calidad
- Responsable de los proyectos de control de calidad específicos y de brindar apoyo al sitio en los proyectos de control de calidad (no análisis).
- Impulsar el desempeño de las diferentes áreas que conforman calidad: control de calidad, aseguramiento de calidad, sistemas de calidad y calidad regulatoria
- Promover la mejora continua mediante la aplicación de las herramientas SMS para la optimización de procesos y la aplicación del modelo de ecosistemas en el área de calidad
- Promover la cultura organizacional, alineada a políticas, prácticas de liderazgo, diversidad e inclusión, comportamientos PTW (play to win); siendo un rol model para el equipo.
- Garantizar la identificación, evaluación y comunicación de los riesgos de calidad / cumplimiento del sitio y contribuir en la definición de un plan de mitigación / remediación.
- Contribuir a la supervisión de calidad del sitio a través de las Visitas Gerenciales de Calidad y los Gemba walks
- Soportar al equipo de calidad durante inspecciones regulatorias, auditorias y comunicaciones de las autoridades regulatorias.
- Contribuir, para la mejora continua y el desarrollo de una cultura de calidad en el sitio, a través de la contribución en la implementación del plan de calidad y priorizar los objetivos de mejora continua del equipo de calidad, acorde con los CBN y foundational elements establecidos.
- Identificar, evaluar y controlar los impactos/ aspectos y riesgos de Higiene, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE).
Acerca de tí
- Experiencia: Experiencia robusta en áreas de Aseguramiento de Calidad, Producción, liderando equipos e implementando proyectos
- Habilidades sociales: Liderazgo, alto nivel de influencia y comunicación
- Habilidades técnicas: Conocimiento y experiencia en producción, Control de Calidad y aseguramiento de calidad, Conocimiento y experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo, Conocimiento en regulaciones farmacéuticas nacionales e internacionales, Manejo de proyectos de calidad
- Educación: Licenciatura en ciencias relacionadas a la salud, farmacéutica, biotecnología, química, Ingeniería Química
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado indispensable
