Business Analyst - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Business AnalystVIE within our Vaccines Business Operations team, you’ll provide crucial support to the local Business Operations & Marketing Teams, primarily focusing on Strategic Pricing Initiatives in the Private as well as Public market. Additionally, the role will help drive digital transformation efforts and Supply Planning for the Canadian Vaccines business. This dynamic position will also lead and support various initiatives throughout the Sanofi Vaccines Modernization’s process.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive market competitiveness by orchestrating the Annual Private Market price update cycle – from analysis and approvals to customers communications and e-commerce integration. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the Returns processes with 3rd party vendors (supporting capacity).

• Lead critical monthly Pricing Analysis to ensure pricing for customers is aligned with internal approved prices.

• Supports: Request For Proposal (RFP) submission package development, alignment and submission for new RFPs posted in the public market.

• Lead Country Strategic Plan (CSP) - logistical and analytical support through the process including coordination with Marketing on data entry into the relevant global tools and generation of supporting analytics as requested. 

• Work with dashboards and reporting tools and lead or be part of project teams to develop or enhance our capabilities in this area; working closely with IT partners both locally and globally. 

• Support analysis of Sales data Internal & External. 

About you

Experience:

• Detailed understanding & extensive experience with Excel (PowerBI experience an asset, but not a requirement).
• Experience in forecasting & demand models.
• Experience or knowledge of tender-based pricing.
• Experience or knowledge in supply chain & logistics.

Soft and technical skills:

• Well organized and capable of handling multiple priorities, while delivering a high level of customer service. 
• Great attention to detail and accuracy as the output of this position (forecast, reports, analysis) is viewed by all levels of management. 

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Business (Finance/Accounting), Life Sciences, or related field.

Languages:

• English is required & French is preferred.
