Non-Clinical Statistician - VIE Contract

- Target start date: 01/11/2025
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Non-Clinical Statistician VIE in our Digital Data & Technology team you will provide the statistical support for Research & Development (R&D) and Global Biostatistics (GBS) department. You will work in close collaboration with the scientists and under the responsibility of senior statisticians.

Main responsibilities:
- To work closely with scientists, Senior statistician in the vaccine research, development and manufacturing Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) area.
- To provide statistical support for biological assay and analytical method development in pre-clinical, clinical and other R&D area.
- To provide statistical support to analytical science and CMC/QC for vaccine and biologics CMC.
- Question or challenge the experimental design according to the scientific questions, in collaboration with the senior statistician.
- In agreement with the referent statistician, develop and apply the appropriate statistical methodologies following the internal procedures.
- Provide follow-up and traceability of analyzes (planning, prioritization, application forms, analysis reports).
- Communicate and explain to scientists the statistical conclusions of the analyzes.
- Provide statistical consulting or training on demand of the scientists.
About you
Experience:
- 1 year of professional experience after graduation would be a plus.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to work in the team.
- Eager to learn and open-minded.
- Good communication skills.
- Creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Very good sense of organization and time management.
- Knowledge of R.
- Knowledge of SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and JMP would be a plus.
Education:
- Master degree or Ph.D in statistics or related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
