Principales responsabilités :
Prendre part aux réunions de productionet àla gestion de certaines situations complexes ou urgentes en appui des équipes
Prendrepart à lagestion de certaines situations complexes ou urgentes en appui des équipes
Assurer la continuité du management en cas d'absence d'unresponsable d'équipe
Contribuer à la rédaction, la mise à jour et la révision des documents de production :procédures, instructions, modes opératoires
Participer au traitement des déviations, des CAPA et des investigations en lien avec les équipesqualité
Contribuer au suivi des indicateurs de performanceet à l'analyse des écarts
Contribuer à la conception et à la réalisation d'actions de formation terrain :habilitations, formations initiales et continues
À propos detoi
Compétences techniques et relationnelles:autonomie, curiosité et rigueur.Connaissances des BPF et de l’environnement pharmaceutique, appétence pour les outils d’améliorations continues
Éducation:bac+5enpharmacie, biologie, chimie ou génie des procédés.
Langues: anglais intermédiaire
