Sur notre site de Tours, le service de prévention et santé au travail est composé d'une infirmière et d'une assistante sociale (prestation externe) au sein d’un site de production d'environ 300 personnes.
Principales responsabilités :
Les principales missions s’exercent autour de trois axes complémentaires : l’action sur le milieu de travail, l’activité clinique et les activités connexes.
Elles consistent, en lien avec l’équipe du service de santé au travail, à :
- Assurer la surveillance de l’état de santé (visites d’information et de prévention, surveillances individuelles adaptées)
- Assurer l’organisation de la prise en charge des urgences médicales sur le lieu de travail, en lien avec les ressources internes et externes
- Conseiller la Direction, le management, les salariés et leurs représentants en matière de santé au travail, de promotion de la santé, d’amélioration des conditions de travail et de maintien dans l’emploi
- Participer à l’évaluation des risque professionnels, analyser les conditions de travail et apporter des conseils sur les moyens de prévention (équipements de protection collective et individuelle, organisation du travail)
- Participer aux groupes de travail sur la prévention des risques en milieu de travail (Physiques, Psycho-sociaux et autres risques émergeants) aux niveaux site et transverse au sein du service de groupe
- Participer aux CSSCT-CSE
- Participer aux activités transverses au sein du service de santé au travail de groupe (réunions nationales des médecins du travail, indicateurs médicaux trimestriels, maladies professionnelles)
À propos de vous
- Expérience : Plus de 10 ans en santé au travail dans un service autonome, idéalement en milieu industriel
- Formation : Médecin inscrit au Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins et titulaire d’un titre autorisant l’exercice de la spécialité en médecine du travail
- Compétences humaines et relationnelles : Sens éthique et du relationnel, du travail en équipe et du consensus, Aptitude à communiquer en situation difficile (conflit, urgences), Management d’une équipe, accompagnement du changement
- Compétences métiers et techniques : Compétences en matière de prise en charge des soins d’urgences, mais aussi en prévention des risques professionnels en particulier le risque biologique
- Langues : Français / Anglais (B1)
