Principales responsabilités :
Collaborer avec les équipes qualité et production pour mettre en œuvre les améliorations de processus ou de pratiques
Prendre part au pilotage et à la gestion des projets d'amélioration continue en utilisant les méthodologies adaptées
Suivre quotidiennement la performance des lignes de répartition à la lyophilisation
Soutenir l’analyse des performances de la production chaque semaine comme le suivi de durée de répartition, les aléas de production, la durée d’inter lotet identifier des opportunités d'amélioration qualité et mettre en œuvre des solutions concrètes
Aiderà la formation des équipespour utiliser les outils de performance sur le terrainet au déploiementde nouveaux systèmes et outils qualitétels queOneLimseteOEE
Prendre part à la mesure de l'efficacité des initiatives d'amélioration mises en place et définir des actions correctives si nécessaireet contribuer à la mise en placeduchantier 5S dans le bâtiment et développer la culture 5S des équipes
Participeràlarevue de la qualité et d’amélioration continue pour l’unité deproductionformulationet l’unité de production répartition, ainsi qu’aux instances de gestion des actifs etaux réunionsd’améliorationcontinue
