Main responsibilities:
Participate in thedesign andtheconductofa comprehensive simulation study to systematically evaluate how wellourmethods can estimate personalized treatment effects when working with limited data
Support usto provide practical recommendations for method selection in small-sample pharmaceutical settings
Contributetobenchmark causal forest and traditional methods across a range of sample sizes and data-generating scenarios using existing tools developed within the team
Collaboratetoevaluate potentialenhancements:bayesianapproaches, regularization strategies
About you
Soft and technical skills:rigor, curiosity and autonomy.Knowledgewith R programming for statisticaland skills inmachinelearning analysis.Familiarity with simulation studies is a plus
Education:bac +5 instatistics,biostatisticsor mathematics

Principales responsabilités :
• Participer à la conception et à la réalisation d'une étude de simulation exhaustive visant à évaluer de manière systématique la capacité de nos méthodes à estimer les effets des traitements personnalisés lorsque les données disponibles sont limitées
•Apporter votre support pourformuler des recommandations pratiques pour le choix des méthodes dans le domaine pharmaceutique, notamment lorsque les échantillons sont de petite taille
• Contribuer à la comparaison des méthodes de la « causalforest» et des méthodes traditionnelles pour différentes tailles d'échantillons et différents scénarios de génération de données, à l'aide des outils existants développés au sein de l'équipe
•Collaborer à l'évaluation d'améliorations potentielles : approches bayésiennes, stratégies de régularisation
