As a Scientist experienced in Flow Cytometry method development and support, you will be responsible for supporting mRNA vaccine development and manufacture.

Main Responsibilities:
Participate in the selection, development of new analytical methods of mRNA products in collaboration with the scientists of the team
Participate in qualification and transferring of analytical methods
Perform analytical testing in the lab, data analysis, and related document writing with a critical look at the relevance of the results.
Develop and write work plans/protocols
Summarize and communicate the progress of your work
Participate in laboratory automation to set up high-throughput analyses
Accompany and train newcomers in analytical technologies and methods
Participate laboratory organization activities (orders, management/maintenance of equipment, reception & verification of reagents and receipt of samples)
Participate in or lead analytical working groups
Participate in continuous improvement of laboratory safety and quality compliance.
About You
Earned PhD in Immunology (preferred), Cell Biology or Molecular Biology or related sciences, with at least 2 years of experience
Hands-on experience with aseptic techniques, mammalian tissue culture, various transfection protocols, flow cytometry method development including antibody characterization and titration, multicolor antibody panel development, flow cytometry instrument setup and maintenance, flow cytometry data analysis including gating strategy and familiarity with graphics software, and standard analytical methods for cell-based protein expression analysis is essential.
Ability to perform complex method development and propose appropriate method improvement is needed.
Experience in cell-based characterization including but not limited to multicolor flow cytometry, qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, cell-based assays, Western blot, etc. is key.
Proven capability of evaluating/developing new technologies is highly preferred.
Experienced working with highly technical projects with reactivity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate in team, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
