As Deputy of Responsible Person within our Manufacturing & Supply Quality team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring pharmaceutical quality and GDP compliance for our wholesale distribution operations. Working closely with the Responsible Person, you'll help safeguard patient safety and ensure every medicine we distribute meets the highest quality standards. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Responsible Person to maintain and implement our Quality Management System, including quality risk management, CAPA processes, and change control procedures
• Ensure GDP compliance across all wholesale distribution activities, maintaining up-to-date documentation and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and lead product recall operations when necessary, ensuring swift action to protect patient safety
• Oversee supplier and customer qualification processes, ensuring all parties meet required quality standards
• Manage quality complaints, product returns, and batch disposition decisions in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations
• Conduct regular self-inspections and participate in internal and external audits to maintain the highest compliance standards
• Lead training programs for personnel involved in medicinal product distribution, ensuring continuous competency development
  

About you:

• Education: Master's degree in Pharmacy with a valid pharmaceutical license (required by Polish regulation)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical wholesale or pharmacy setting
• Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of Polish Pharmaceutical Law, EU GDP guidelines, and GxP quality assurance principles
• Languages: Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Driving license: Category B (required for site visits and operational needs)
• Skills: Strong communication and training abilities, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Readiness: Prepared to step into the Responsible Person role during any absence
