Automation Project Engineer - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Automation Project Engineer VIE in our Technology team you will focus on managing and reporting on Tier 1 & tier 2 project delivery, scheduling, and costing.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Generate detailed reports on project progress, including milestones, timelines, resources and financials. Communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

About you

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in automation or digital projects.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Basic understanding of automation technologies and digital systems.
• Experience with automation tools and digital platforms will be an asset.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Digital Technologies, or a related field.

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
