About the job

The Manufacturing Operations Team Leader is critical to the delivery and success of operations within MFFL R10 at Sanofi Waterford. In this role you will be an integral part in leading a highly engaged and functional operational team who are aligned with site business objectives.

This is 24/7 shift pattern.

Your job, as Manufacturing Operations Team Leader will be to:

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the manufacturing areas to ensure that production objectives are met

• Ensure production of products are undertaken in compliance with cGMP and Safety standards through regular walk through and review of deviations and GMP documentations

• Monitor the level of GMP compliance in their area on an on-going basis

• Ensure that all production activities are organised and executed on time and in full

• Involved in the preparation, review and approval of Manufacturing documentation and records

• Define team targets / goals and support team in achieving them especially in the areas of safety, productivity and quality

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Train/assess competence for Team Member and manage performance on an on-going basis

About you

• Experience working in a sterile manufacturing environment

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role

• Experience working in a sterile manufacturing environment – advantageous

• Technical qualification (Science or Engineering)

• Diploma in Supervisor Management or equivalent advantageous

• People management experience

• Strong ability to influence and affect change

• Extremely proactive with an ability to understand the ‘broader picture’
