Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Waterford, Ireland (On-site)

As a Production Operator Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are manufactured and packaged in compliance with cGMP and safety guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

Manufacturing Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain adherence to production schedule and OEE targets

• Complete all relevant SOPs and training as required

• Ensure documentation is Right First Time (RFT) and completed accurately

• Support internal and external audits

• Participate in deviation/CAPA tasks and quality investigations

Production Support & Operation

• Operate equipment on production lines to meet required output levels

• Perform equipment cleaning, maintenance, and changeovers

• Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and cGMP requirements

• Participate in risk assessments and support EHS initiatives

• Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards

Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration

• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives

• Participate in data collection and analysis

• Attend team and site meetings

• Support cross-training and skill-sharing across the team

• Provide full and clear handovers at shift changeovers

Deputy Role

• May be required to deputise for the Manufacturing Team Leader

About you

Education & Experience

 • Must meet aptitude testing requirements

 • Leaving Certificate is an advantage

 • Experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred

Skills & Competencies

 • Competent in the operation, cleaning, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment

 • Understanding of mechanical operations

 • Strong documentation and writing skills

 • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

 • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

 • Numeracy and ability to follow process scheduling

 • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in a manufacturing setting

 • Ability to collect and analyse data, write reports, and provide recommendations

 • Flexible and adaptable to ongoing change

 • High attention to detail and quality mindset

 • Self-starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision
