Main responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver annual training programs in compliance with GMP and company standards

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored plans

• Design and update training materials with subject matter experts

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees

• Monitor training completion and assess effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics

• Support regulatory inspections by presenting training records and processes

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training content and delivery

Key involvement in Decision Making process:

• Establish and prioritize training objectives for the site

• Advise department heads on training needs

• Decide on training content and delivery methods

• Advise on improvements based on training evaluations

• Advise on continuous improvement initiatives

About you  

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

• An ongoing degree, ideally in one of the following fields: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Industrial Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Biochemistry with a pharmaceutical focus

• Strong project execution skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
