About the job

This role is designed to ensure compliance within the department at Sanofi, focusing on maintaining and improving quality systems and metrics. You will lead critical projects, manage quality processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. You will work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance to regulations, managing audits, and supporting the leadership team in achieving departmental goals. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of Sanofi’s quality efforts and take a leadership role in enhancing the department's performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Quality System processes including Change Controls, Deviations, Tasks, and Quality Events.
  • Drive all quality metrics for the department and ensure timely review of metrics to prevent overdue actions.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.
  • Ensure effective coordination and support for internal and external audits.
  • Review procedures and practices critically, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects that drive step-change improvements to the department’s quality system.
  • Support leadership in achieving department goals and tasks, including representing the department in offline meetings.

About you

  • Experience in a regulated environment with a strong understanding of cGMP and GDP.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and training processes in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage personnel and projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams across various locations and functions.
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
