We are currently seeking a Vaccine Activation Manager to join our high-performing Vaccines team. This is a permanent, remote role based in Brisbane, with travel across the Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Rockhampton, and West Brisbane.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales – Vaccines, you will:
- Drive sales and activation of Sanofi Pasteur’s vaccine portfolio (including RSV, travel, flu, and pertussis vaccines).
- Partner with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and Pharmacists to promote correct usage and quality vaccination practices.
- Manage your territory with autonomy, agility, and strategic thinking.
- Lead customer meetings, conferences, and educational sessions.
- Collaborate with internal franchise leads and cross-functional teams.
- Embrace continuous learning and feedback in a dynamic, seasonal environment.
What We’re Looking For
You are a resilient, tenacious professional with:
- Several years’ experience in sales, ideally within healthcare or vaccines.
- Proven territory management and call planning skills.
- A successful track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for customer engagement and business growth.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business.
- Experience in vaccine sales or healthcare.
- Medicines Australia accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
