Monthly planning cycle:
• Facilitation/ Leading of Site monthly cycle (e.g., SSR ) to ensure appropriate supply
to all markets/ customers and to avoid OOS
• Be focal point for site to ensure escalation and problem solving inside site, above
site and in the network
D: Ensure transparency, proper analysis and escalation in case of imbalance
of demand and supply
D: Decide on planning parameters adjustment with significant impact /
changes on supply plans / activity / BOI (e.g., adding shift to compensate
OEE) in alignment with SLT
D: Identify and prepare challenges on capacity parameters to be decided in
SSR (e.g. gap between demonstrated & planned OEE); Challenge volume
assumptions provided by GBU SC /GSP
Execution:
Ensure efficient firm/frozen horizon schedule creation & execution
• Ensure reliable scheduling plan on the 0-3 months horizon in the system
• Ensure reliable release plan
• Arbitrate to resolve issues impacting firm/frozen horizon. only
• Escalate to global functions if impacting fluid horizon.
• Ensure teams collaborate with Supply Planner (site) for handover of week on the
edge of the firm/frozen horizon
D: Decision on remediation options; including decision to escalate
I: Feedback to Global Supply Planning in case of execution issues
Raw material: “procurement & order placing to supplier”
Ensure execution of material requirement plan & PO management and follow up
D: Ensure material availability for production and inventory target adherence
D: If issues are identified (e.g. missing parts), able to arbitrate and take
decisions / escalate to global as needed
Budget & strat. planning:
Participating and facilitating budget volume elaboration and supporting strat planning Ensuring inventory targets are met and planning parameters in place to support reliable
projection
Master Data completeness & accuracy:
Ensure accurate reliable and complete SC master data
A: Hypotheses adjustment (e.g., adding shift to compensate OEE gap)
SC Performance & Projects:
Monitor and ensure SC Performance. Ensuring process in place to analyze and correct if
necessary
• Arbitrate to resolve simple issues
• Oversee ongoing projects related to sites
D: Operational, strategic and financial management of Warehouse/Logistics
Warehouse/Logistics:
in alignment with Head of Warehouse & Logistic
• Ensure optimal warehouse & logistics management
• Ensure HSE / Quality Compliance (GxP) in the Warehouse Specific skills and experience:
Graduation Diploma in Supply chain or other relevent field
Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry,
with proven track record of scheduling and aligning stakeholders, supporting decisionmaking
for production lines.
Interpersonal skills: ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners within site
functions to gather information and assess feasibility. Change agent: ensure best practice
implementation and system adoption. Proactivity is a must, given the anticipation
component of the position.
Native speaker in the language of the site is located in and fluent in English
Specific job requirements:
• Travel between algerian sites.
• Occasional travel in the Algerian territory.
• Punctual abroad trips.
