Job title : Global Head Of Logistics Control Tower

Your job, as Head of Global Logistics Control Tower within our Manufacturing & Supply team, will be to lead the strategic and operational activities of Sanofi’s logistics control tower, driving digital innovation and orchestrating end-to-end visibility across our transportation and warehousing networks to ensure life-changing medicines reach patients worldwide. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as planning, customer fulfillment, global engineering, and business continuity leaders to optimize decision-making and risk mitigation. You will also develop and steer the global control tower strategy, ensuring alignment across regions and key functions.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of our global logistics control tower, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalable capabilities across regions

• Implement our Horizon Project (one of the most significant change programmes in Global Logistics), building advanced control tower capabilities from the ground up, including orchestration layers, analytics, and visibility solutions

• Oversee global logistics visibility and event management, detecting and resolving disruptions across transportation and warehousing networks to maintain business continuity

• Define and implement cutting-edge digital solutions including AI, predictive analytics, and automation tools to enhance real-time decision-making and supply chain resilience

• Partner with cross-functional teams including planning, customer fulfillment, business continuity, and global engineering to optimize logistics operations and risk mitigation

• Establish and monitor performance metrics for control tower operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost, speed, and service levels

• Lead and develop a global team, fostering innovation and collaboration while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

About you

• Proven experience leading global logistics control tower operations or similar complex supply chain functions, preferably in pharmaceuticals or highly regulated industries

• Strong expertise in event management, risk mitigation, and crisis response with ability to mobilize rapid solutions under pressure

• Deep knowledge of digital supply chain technologies including real-time tracking, visibility platforms, predictive analytics, and AI implementation

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership in matrix organizations

• Track record of establishing KPIs, driving performance improvements, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in global logistics networks

• Experience building and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions and time zones

• MBA or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
