About the Job

In this Position you will have an exciting opportunity to work as a Transformation Business Partner, representing a strategic evolution from traditional agile coaching to value-accountable transformation architecture. This role is central to our T&PMO roadmap 2026, where we transform from method facilitators to business transformation cornerstones. You will steward multi-initiative portfolios, connect OKRs to delivery, and orchestrate cross-functional squads while being directly accountable for measurable business KPIs including growth, savings, and competitive advantage.

As a Transformation Manager, you will be embedded in transformation governance, co-creating roadmaps with leadership teams, and serving as the strategic co-pilot to business heads. You will be the reference point for high-stakes decisions, bridging Centers of Excellence, Business Units, and PMO operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Portfolio Management: Steward multi-initiative transformation portfolios across assigned business clusters, ensuring end-to-end ownership of franchise adoption to corporate transformation and global change initiative.

• OKR Management & Strategic Execution: Drive OKR framework implementation as a strategic value lever, connecting objectives to measurable business outcomes and ensuring quarterly performance tracking.

• Value Creation & Business Impact: Deliver measurable business KPIs (growth, savings, competitive advantage) while securing tangible value capture and sustaining competitive positioning.

• Cross-functional Orchestration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional squads, facilitating collaboration between Centers of Excellence, Business Units, and franchise teams.

• Transformation Governance: Participate actively in transformation governance structures, co-creating strategic roadmaps with senior leadership and business heads.

• Change Management & Organizational Development: Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies, supporting organizational agility and digital transformation initiatives.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize AI-powered analytics dashboards and scenario-based predictive insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize transformation outcomes.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels, from franchise heads to executive leadership.

• Business Partnership: Act as strategic business partner to assigned franchise/business cluster, providing transformation expertise and supporting strategic planning processes.

• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor transformation metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation of strategies based on business results.

• Best Practice Development: Capture, share, and scale transformation best practices within and beyond assigned franchises, contributing to organizational learning.

Managers:

• Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

• Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the Road Safety Program (Road Safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.

About you 

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, strategic consulting, or senior project management roles.

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.

• Experience with OKR methodology implementation and strategic performance management.

• Strong background in change management and organizational development.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred.

Technical & soft skills:

• Advanced knowledge of transformation methodologies (Double Diamond, OKRs, Lean, Agile at scale).

• Proficiency with AI-powered analytics tools and data visualization platforms.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office products, advanced Excel, PowerBI, Jira, Miro, and ability to quickly adapt to new software.

• Experience with portfolio management tools and strategic planning platform.

• Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities with ability to translate strategy into executable plans | Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L impact and value creation | Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across organizational boundaries | Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.

• Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level executives | Ability to facilitate complex discussions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders | Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights | Experience with scenario planning and predictive analytics | Ability to identify systemic issues and design comprehensive solutions | Data-driven decision-making approach

Languages: Portuguese (fluent), English (advanced), Spanish (intermediate preferred).
