Manufacturing Science and Analytical Technology (MSAT) is a global function which drives the industrialization and the improvement of biological processes and products. It embarks new technologies and digital trends. It is the keeper of manufacturing process knowledge. MSAT is at the crossroad of R&D and production. It is a multi-disciplinary function that provides expertise in process, manufacturing sciences, process modeling, statistical analysis, process validation and technology transfer.

Main responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in upstream or downstream bioprocess equipment to conduct lab activities independently.  

• Collaborate with mentors to draft technical documents like protocols and reports for product development, process optimization, and technology transfer.

• Support knowledge transfer between sending and receiving units by preparing and organizing documentation.

• Share project progress and insights with the Singapore team regularly.  

• Develop tools and systems to standardize processes and capture key learnings across Sanofi’s network.

About you 

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering

Skills:

• Strong communicator, able to collaborate across teams and cultures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.

• Curious and passionate about scientific research.

• Experience with data analytics tools like R, JMP, Python, or Matlab is a plus.
