iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Junior Public Affairs Coordinator - Global Health VIE in our Public Affairs team you will be working both with local and global institutions to make a difference in providing healthcare in the poorest countries in the world. Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs).
• Monitor and analyze relevant policy developments and legislative changes.
• Prepare position papers, briefing notes, and advocacy materials to support the company's interests.
• Conduct research on global health policy issues and provide insights to the teams.
• Organize and coordinate public affairs events, including workshops and roundtable discussions.
• Manage logistics and ensure successful execution of events.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in public affairs and advocacy campaigns.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Strong understanding of international health policy issues and landscape.
• Ability to work with different levels of complex organizations.
• Team player, skilled in collaboration and able to work cross-functionally but also independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver products in a timely, agile and responsive manner.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in political sciences, law, economics, medicine or pharmacy.

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• French would be an asset.
