Main responsibilities:

As Customer Care Associate of Opella Healthcare Romania:

You will manage end to end flow of products from receptions to orders in SAP and reporting for Opella Healthcare Romania in a GDP environment as part of the Supply Chain team.

In this role, you will:

• Fulfill orders from Wholesaler customers, including export orders

• Invoice based on alignment with Trade department and customer, depending on stock availability. Check that e-invoice automatic transmission is performed and escalate in case it is not.

• Send the orders to warehouse for picking and confirm to customer number of pallets and pick-up date

• Manage and track complaints resolution. Perform returns

• Issue monthly credit notes according to validated reports received

• Contribute to execution and tracking of reception process, including sending the PO to warehouse and issue the UIT code

• Move goods from sellable storage location to quality or blocked storage locations.

• Month closing activities like checking that all orders and receptions are closed. Participation in annual inventory count.

• Performing reports for compliance purpose or for business needs: stock and sales report, check the automated stock reconciliation report, Intrastat, environment fund, Fill rate (OTIF), daily sales.

• Test systems functionality in case of changes (UAT), with support from technical team.

• Check, track and communicate packaging changes to local business.

About You

• Experience: Experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in Customer Service end to end or supply chain

• Soft skills: Strong process ownership and adaptability / proactive communication / attention to details

• Education: University or Master's Degree in relevant field

• Languages: Fluent Romanian and English

• Other: proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI and any stock management system represent an advantage (SAP).
