Reports to: A2R Head of Closing, Reporting & Tax Accounting

Role Purpose: As a GBS Junior Closing and Reporting Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of CHC A2R GL accounting and closing and reporting processes at both local and GBS levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Closing and Reporting: Execute monthly closing activities and ensure timely corporate reporting.
Technical Accounting Support: Provide functional and technical support across A2R processes and systems.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to CHC/Corporate accounting policies, internal control guidelines, and audit/SOX requirements.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and standardization projects.
Data Management: Manage A2R Master Data (PCoA, FA, ICO) and ensure data integrity.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, and other GBS departments, to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in closing and reporting, preferably in an international, multicultural environment.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in IFRS, local GAAPs, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong deductive and analytical abilities.
Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in all tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
