Join our international Business Solutions Management (BSM) team as a Data Integrity and Solutions expert and you’ll be part of the Global Project & Planning Management department within Research& Development (R&D) at Sanofi. BSM is based on the business side and is the business system owner of the planning & resource integrated system to support Portfolio & Project Management Processes for both Pharma & Vaccine organizations (RDPM for R&D Portfolio Management system).

As a Data integrity and Solutions expert your mission will be to review and scope the business needs, provide recommendations, and adapt the R&D Portfolio Management System (RDPM) and related processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the business with reporting solutions (BI, Gen AI)
• Benchmark reporting solutions and investigate innovative solutions
• Assess and translate the Functional specifications expressed by the business into technical specifications
• Design, develop, do the unit testing, and maintain relevant interactive dashboard and reporting’s using Business Intelligence tools
• Develop meaningful visual representations as required by the business
• Liaise with the business requestor all along its development
• Prepare User Acceptance Testing phase
• Deploy the report in production.
• Prepare the user guide of the report
• Optimize content of existing dashboards for accessibility
• Secure Data integrity through the data flows between Project and Planning Management System (Planisware solution) and the linked data foundation through snowflake environment

About you

Experience:

• Strong experience in Tableau and Power BI dashboards development
• Experience in Power Apps and Power automate
• Experience with AI & Gen AI
• Experience in using Planning, Resource & Cost data managed through a Project and Planning management system

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and challenge user needs
• Collaborative team player with orientation towards building and maintaining effective relationships and adaptive to different working styles
• Ability to learn and understand business processes and manage multiple business priorities, organize and lead project and transversal teams

Technical skills: 

• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
• Proficiency in AI & Gen AI tools
• Proficiency in data flow monitoring and data integrity
• Proven notions in Agile Methodology.
• Knowledge of data modelling

Education: 

• BS/BA degree is required, MS/MA degree is a plus

Language(s):

• Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
