As Centralized Statutory and Tax Lead Accountant within Sanofi Business Operations, this role requires excellent accounting knowledge and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Main responsibilities

• Preparation of the annual accounts
• Acting as the key user of the statutory tool
• My Tax reporting
• VAT reporting
• Participation in upcoming transitions
• Statistical reporting
• Ad-hoc reporting
• P&L and BS reviews

About you

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in complex accounting roles
• Good business acumen
• Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles

Soft and technical skills

• Ability to interact with internal clients in a professional manner
• Self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner
• Well-inclined towards change and has the ability to work under pressure
• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
• Solid knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Familiarity with IFRS

Languages

• ​ Fluent in English
