The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

·Support transition of Windows based Quality documents into more digital formats. Participate in new system deployment

·Transform the existing documents into Digital format based on expressed needs: Assistance (What fix, Walk me like solution), Process mapping, eForm, Word and Excel macro, artificial intelligence solutions, etc.

·Organize and monitor the translation of Digital content, initially written in English with a pool of translators

·Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on digital contents and on their translations for accuracy, grammar and style

·Manage and maintain a centralized terminology database, as it is crucial for consistent and standardized translation

About you

·Experience: ~1-2 yrs professional experience in documentation, (optional: in GxP environment)

·Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments.

·Technical skills: Sufficient skills in Quality Document management system, Word macro, Excel macro, Creation of advanced eforms. Important: mandatory experience in creation of content in assistance tool (“What fix” or “Walk me” like tool), use of process mapping solution, Good digital knowledge

·Education: Bachelor or Master Degree

·Languages: Excellent English communication and writing. French communication capabilities would be a plus.
