As Global Marketing Associate - Pompe Disease VIE in our Global Pompe Marketing team, you’ll serve as key liaison for branded and unbranded campaign development, with a focus on executing promotional and non-promotional materials including omnichannel assets.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of materials by partnering with Regulatory and Medical Affairs, managing approval processes, and monitoring timely renewals.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Medical, Regulatory, Market Research, Patient Advocacy, and country teams in key markets.
• Support localization of materials by country teams; manage digital content sharing platforms (Veeva, DAM, SharePoint); and track/report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to the development and execution of the annual Integrated Brand Plan (IBP) and supporting tactical programs aligned with the evolving patient and HCP needs across global markets.
• Identify, gather, and share best practices across countries and relevant Sanofi brands.
• Coordinate global events and meetings, including congresses, advisory boards, and (live) Global Brand Team (GBT) meeting.
• Lead internal communications to share global priorities and new materials, including managing the Brand Portal and newsletter.
• Track and manage the A&P budget; lead monthly coordination with agencies, Finance, and commercial teams.

About you

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marketing within pharmaceutical/ biotech/ consumer health environment, with experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Previous experience with advertising agencies and with promotional approval processes is desirable.
  

Education:

• Master’s degree in science and/or marketing.

Technical and soft skills:

• Good knowledge of marketing (digital marketing skills desirable).
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to details.
• Autonomous project management skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required to work with cross-functional and global colleagues and external suppliers.
• Excel and power point skills.

Languages:

• Fluent in English.
