Principales responsabilités:

• Contribuer à la mise à jour annuelle du référentiel de contrôle interne des activités Finance
• Participer et animer les réunions d'équipes en anglais
• Coordonner la campagne annuelle d’auto-évaluation des activités de contrôle
• Participer aux campagnes trimestrielles de tests, tests internes et test liés à SOX – Sarbanes Oxley, et définition de plans d’actions en cas de problèmes identifiés
• Apporter son support à la préparation des reportings mensuels de suivi des plans d’actions
• Participer aux projets d’amélioration de la fonction de contrôle interne tels que la digitalisation des outils, l'automatisation des contrôles et la standardisation des processus

À propos de vous

• Savoir-être et savoir-faire : curiosité, riguer, esprit critique. Maîtrise de excel, expérience en contrôle interne
• Formation : bac+5 en finance ou en comptabilité
• Langues : anglais courant obligatoire

About the position

Main responsibilities:

- Contribute to the annual update of the internal control repository for Finance activities.
- Participate in and lead team meetings in English 
- Coordinate the annual self-assessment campaign for control activities
- Participate in quarterly testing campaigns, internal testing and SOX - Sarbanes Oxley testing, and define action plans in the event of identified problems.
- Support the preparation of monthly action plan monitoring reports.

- Participate in projects to improve the internal control function, such as digitizing tools, automating controls and standardizing processes. 

About you 

- Skills and know-how: curiosity, rigor, critical thinking. Mastery of Excel, experience in internal control.
- Education: 5-year degree in finance or accounting
- Languages: fluent English required
