The Planning and Quality Assurance analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the quality of Internal Control testing activities across the organization. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of testing, verifying compliance with internal control requirements and deadlines, with a particular focus on administering the TeamMate+ tool used to support control testing.

Main responsibilities:

• System Configuration: Manage the configuration of TeamMate+ to align with internal controls annual cycle campaigns.

• User Access Management: Administer user access rights within TeamMate+, maintaining appropriate segregation of duties and permissions.

• Data Management: Oversee the integrity and organization of data, and documentation within the TeamMate+ system.

• System Training: Provide training and support to Control owners and Internal Control testers on effective use of TeamMate+ for control self-assessment, control testing and documentation.

• Coordination: with Internal Audit department who uses the same tool and shares the master data (entities, findings, action plans) along with the maintenance of the tool

• Reporting: Prepare regular status reports on testing progress, highlighting risks and issues requiring management attention.

• Reporting Configuration: Design and implement custom reports in Power BI to track testing progress and results.

• Testing: Help team members as and when required with controls testing activities.

About you

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technology, Finance or related field, 3+ years of experience in data management, internal controls, or audit.

• Experience with TeamMate+ or similar Internal Control management software would be very beneficial. Basic understanding of internal control frameworks and SOX requirements. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Functional: Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills to interact with testers and management. Experience with control testing methodologies and documentation standards.

• Interpersonal: Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities. Inter-cultural skills and eagerness to work in a very international setting.

• Working Hours: May partly work on shifted hours.

• Languages: Fluent in English
